Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24 in 1992) is an actress from Canada. She was the character Felicity as Felicity in The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards is an British Columbia native. She started her career in acting from a young age, taking classes in dance, musical theatre and various forms of entertainment. The actress completed the Acting Essentials Program through the Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. In the open call that followed the search for an agent, she was able to find one for her. Alida Vocal Studio taught her. Originally, she was signed as a one-episode guest, her rapport with the show's main character Stephen Amell coupled with positive fan reaction as well as her sarcastic quips led to her first being signed to be a regular co-star for the rest of the first season. Then she was signed in a role that was regular in the following season.
